The Arch in St Louis

It was a very cold day and we about froze to death.  But I agreed to go up...
The sky was so blue that day so you know how cold it really was....
Annaliese and Tj under the arch
The top was in a very small area with a lot of people.  My first thought was, "what was I thinking".  If something happened I would have to walk down stairs for about a million steps with a broken toe.
Waiting in line to get into the little hole.  They wouldn't let you take pictures of the inside of the cubical probably because if people saw it before hand they wouldn't go.
What lies behind number 1?

The Land of Lincoln

Annaliese and Tj came for a visit and we went south to find some warmth...  Didn't find warmth but we found lots of history.
 The Tomb of Abraham Lincoln
It was a very cool tomb, and most definalty a place of rest for this first family.
I really like this quote" Now he belongs to the ages".  I would like to think that we all belong to the ages when we pass to the other side.

And the Elder became a Mr.

Elder C and his beautiful bride......
 Mr. and Mrs. C.
Back in "79"  I was here....

The cutest little man ever

Baby is getting bigger every time I see him.  He likes to talk to be on Face time and I'm not a stranger when I come home.  Love this little man ...

Halloween Confinement

I didn't realize carving pumpkins would take 3 hours...
 Precise cuts ....
And yes we eat when ever we do anything thing here.  Homemade pizza was delish.
I had high hopes for a treaters but once again no one came.  The bag was never opened and I'm not going to open it unless there is an emergency.
 The end result
 The recreation of scarey...
 They love it..
 Make me proud..
Gottcha  that flash is bright eh???
